I am a 33 year old woman living in Cape Town, South Africa. Wife, mother of two daughters, yoga teacher, reiki master, with a couple of degrees in psychology and a passion for life. (Read my full bio) This is where I get to express myself and share all aspects of my life. In addition  you will find information on spirituality, tips for self-development and hopefully feel inspired! (oh and yes, we will try and uncover the mystery of the disappearing socks!)

My philosophy:
- The key to happiness is having no expectations and learning to live in the moment.
- The answer to everything is love.
- You can have everything you ever dreamed of if you are prepared to put in the hard work.
- The key to success is believing in yourself and surrounding yourself with the right people.
- There is nothing you cannot do. Things just take time, effort and most importantly, the right attitude!
- Incorporating a spiritual practice into your life is the single most important thing you can do.
