Lovely quote – I believe in smiling – I do it all the time, no matter how I feel. It works for me!!

Oh boy this is so true. It makes sad people light up when you give them a smile. I always smile as security staff as for sure that is the worst job in the world – I am sure that sometimes they feel invisable. Oh and I believe it keeps the wrinkles away…not quite true as I smile a lot and those bl……y wrinkles are creeping in!!! xxxx
