1. What time did you get up this morning? 3am and then again at 5am, but finally up for good at 7.15am
2. How do you like your steak? I don’t.
3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? ‘Twilight’, with my girlfriends
4. What is your favorite TV show? 24, Lost, Battlestar Gallactica and Brothers and Sisters
5. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Balamory!!! Seriously I want that green house. Ok, this is a difficult one. In SA, it would be a quaint village like Franschhoek. Overseas maybe Strasbourg (France) or Boston or San Diego in the USA.
6. What did you have for breakfast? Fried egg on toast
7. What is your favorite cuisine? Italian, Greek, Moroccan, and Asian…I love it all. I could honestly survive on sushi
8. What foods do you dislike? Meat, olives and oysters.
9. Favorite Place to Eat? Anywhere The Delicious Divas are! (Beluga in Cape Town or Pasha in London)
11.What kind of vehicle do you drive? Whatever someone is willing to lend me!
12. What are your favorite clothes? Currently my wardrobe is filled with things that don’t fit me. My favourite item though would have to be my satin jacket bought in Udaipur and my many pashminas and scarves.
13. Where would you visit if you had the chance? India again, my cousins in Canada and Florida, Morocco, Vietnam and Cuba.
14. Cup 1/2 empty or 1/2 full? Half full, but some days it is empty and other days, hell, it is overflowing!
15. Where would you want to retire? The French countryside
16. Favorite time of day? Reading to Amy, Feeding Nina and the time I have to relax once the kids are in bed and dinner is over and kitchen cleaned. This is usually spent either watching a movie or simply collapsing into bed.
17. Where were you born? Mowbray hospital in Cape Town
18. What is your favorite sport to watch? Extreme sports – BMX biking, skateboarding and also ice-skating.
19. Who do you think will not tag you back? The lazy ones

22. Bird watcher? Maybe when I am 80
23. Are you a morning person or a night person? Morning
24. Do you have any pets? Just a step-dog called Winston.
25. Any new and exciting news you’d like to share? I how I wish!
26. What did you want to be when you were little? A part-time astronaught, an actress and a doctor.
27. What is your best childhood memory? Holidays with the family in Langebaan, Visiting the airport with my dad, just to watch the planes, Playing dress-up with Wends, Terrible Two mysteries with Pia, and Marco Polo in the pool. I can’t name just one, I had a great childhood.
28. Are you a cat or dog person? I love dogs but have always longed to own a cat, plus cats are attracted to me.
29. Are you married? 7 years now.
30. Always wear your seat belt? Yes, it saved my life once.
31. Been in a car accident? Yes (see above) with my dad, when I was a teenager.
32. Any pet peeves? Top of the list…. Ignorant, judgmental people, people who drive REALLY slowly and the lack of suitable baby feeding facilities in public places EVERWHERE!
33. Favorite Pizza Toppings? Mushroom, garlic, avo, feta, pepperdews.
34. Favorite Flower? Tulips
35. Favorite ice cream? Chocolate
36. Favorite fast food restaurant? Simply Asia
37. How many times did you fail your driver’s test? Twice
38. From whom did you get your last email? The author of the Sleepless Nights blog.
39. Which store would you choose to max out your credit card? Poetry
40. Do anything spontaneous lately? Danced around the house one evening with a muffin pan (a long story involving good wine)
41. Happy with your job? LOVE being a mom and have always loved everything else I have done (barring a years stint as a really bad waitress)
42. Broccoli? Yes. I really like it grilled in such a way that it starts to burn a bit and go crispy.
43. What was your favorite vacation? India!! But honestly there have been so many as a child (Langebaan, Plett, UK & USA trips) and of course my Europe trip at 16 was a blast (what were you thinking mom???)
44. Last person you went out to dinner with? Veronica, Suz and Pia
45. What are you listening to right now? Craig talking on the phone.
46. What is your favorite color? Changes all the time, but probably lime green.
47. How many tattoos do you have? One of a butterfly on my ankle

dont you just love these. even though I know most of them there is always one I dont know and I love to read them anyhow. what the hell was that part time astrunoght thing. must have been one of our outlandish stories we made up. dressing up was the best. I swear we could stay up later than our parents.

Oh Caroline, why do you use such big words. I will painstakingly type out the questionaire and answer cos you know I love these things and I was feeling guilty about stealing it from Wendy but, I have no idea what a trackback is, sorry.

I saw the trailer of the perfect movie for you (me too as it turns out) its a 3d Extreme Sport documentary, bikes, skateboarding, rally cars etc. Real adrenalin stuff.
